Can't believe it's that time again: Tuesdays with Liz & Kalli. This week's word is new. Liz's is on the top and Kalli's is on the bottom. I was in Michigan this last weekend for my cousin's wedding and my sis Andrea's bridal shower. It was quite a whirlwind, we squeezed so much in a very short amount of time. One of the highlights was this beautiful little nest of robin eggs that a mama bird laid in Andrea's hanging flower basket. I thought that certainly qualified as new. I love spring, it is all new!! Do you know what else I love? Kalli's necklace! Did you see that clever little thing? It's interesting what Kalli says about the necklace made of sterling silver wire and chain, "I was thinking about how we label people all the time—it's just a part of life—but labels don't have to be derogatory. Perhaps this could be worn when going for a fresh start. Plus it's shiny, which kind of equals "new" to me a lot of the time." I think it is a great idea to wear the necklace when you want to change a habit or adopt a new attitude, the necklace would serve as a constant visual and tactile reminder. C'est si bon!
