Hi! It's Tuesday and time for Liz and Kalli's little art project that has actually been going strong for 37 weeks. WOW!! I'm impressed with us, aren't you Kalli? This week's word is spoon, Liz's is on the top and Kalli's is on the bottom.

Today I used a spoon to stir all of the ingredients in my banana bread. I had a few bananas that were getting over ripe, which makes them perfect for bread. This is the best recipe I have ever tried and endearing to me because my mom always made this bread growing up. It is my great grandmother's recipe and I'm going to share it with you right here. The best part, it makes your house smell delicious!
Banana Bread
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking soda in 1 tablespoon sour milk (I squeezed lemon in milk to sour it)
2 beaten eggs
3 bananas mashed
2 cups flour
Mix ingredients in order given and bake at 350 for about an hour
See, easy peasy and SO yummy!

These spoons may be a Christmas gift for someone special, but today they are photo props! I like the repeating reflection in each spoon.
Me too, Kalli! What a beautiful photo. I want those spoons!
